Valley 6 Colts 1
2014-09-27Th VML crew pick up a win in their first visit to Cole Harbour Place.
Ten VML players picked up a point on their way to a 6 - 1 win over the Cole Harbour Colts. Danny Keays and Peter Lister picked up their first VML goals wih Keyes picking a pear....yeh I know pair but it sounded cool. Keays also picke up the 'Hard Hat". It seemed like I was at a different game than the shot keeper as I was sure there were more shots on both goalies. Anyways here's the official results.
Rip's 'nod' goes to 'Smiddy' between the pipes...I especially like his stick handling with the ole puck between the legs off the board to the dman on the other side. Honourable mentions to 'Palmolive' and Keays both with three points. Also a little shout out to former VML Andrew 'Tires' Squires who picked up a point with the Pens.

Sorry for the quickie...but it's 3:00 in the morning and 'The Ripper' and th daughter are off to Miramichi for a little drag racing.
