Hump Day

Hump day a good day to get
your skates sharpened, no not shoes shined, skates sharpened. The crew were trying out their new sharpener last night with assisistant coach Bret "The Iceman" Fletcher looking like the man for the job with 'Scarry" Harry Ullock coming a close second. There's definitely a little bit of art to that job and ole 'Scarry' just doesn't strike me as the 'artsie' type.
Hopefully they got the crew sharpened up at Wednesday night chores (which had a good turnout) as the crew will have to be sharp this weekend. A busy weekend indeed with a home and home series with the second place East Hants Penquins who are currently just 2 points behind with three less games played. So Friday and Saturday are all about hockey this weekend....right boys? Then it's rest up Sunday and be ready for the Blazers on Monday night who are also only 2 points behind but with two less games played.
So this is definelty one of those 8 point 4 point or is twelve point six point weekends, however that math works out I figure it's best to just win 'em'.
