ROAD TRIP
2013-10-03
The Valley crew are on the road this weekend to check out the fall colours in Cape Breton.
Here's hoping the crew are ready to roll when they unload in Port Hawkesbury to take on the Strait Pirates on Friday night. This will be the first outing against the Pirates this year and with a little luck and some hard work they might get to meet in the Starit again next spring as the Pirates are hosting the Don Johnson this year. Wouldn't that be cool. For now let's hope the boys get back in the 'W" column to start off the weekend.
Then it's back on the bus to Glace Bay to rest up and get ready for a rematch against the Miner's on Saturday who got the win last week against the VML crew. Let's hope the boys don't have any run ins with the on ice "Law" this time. That's right boys it's hard to win from the penalty box.
Now I know most of you out there in fan land are making the trip but for those that can't make it, the NSJHL has a live blog so you can follow along here:http://nsjhl.onphp.net/NSJHLNews.html

So y'all know the deal grab luvy,buddy, friends and maybe a sleeping bag or two and we'll see ya in Cape Breton. Remeber to keep an eye out for that hitch hiker, especially a skinny guy with a cane and probaly a blue hat. Giddy up.
