Roll 'er' Out and Roll 'er' In
2012-12-31Today's a good day to ROLL out the Old year and get ready to ROLL in the New Year.
Last day to get in your exercise for 2012 and tommorrow is a good day to start for 2013. Hopefully the boys are staying in shape over the Holidays as there's only four more sleeps, actually more like two and a half sleeps with the New Year's partying etc. before the boys hit the ice January 4th against those pesky ducks. I'm sure the boys have been watching a little of Team Canada and are gettin ready to go.
I've watched a little of that springer spaniel....oops that's a dog, I mean Spengler Cup and I see some of the boys had a victory dance. I'm thinking the Valley crew could use the 'ole' Falls Lake shuffle, where you get the hands going back and forth across the knees going back and forth as a Victory celebration. The Falls Lake shuffle usually involved alchohol so the boys can rename the sober version the Valley Shuffle. I could probaly convince "RD" the founder of the Falls Lake version to come give a demo. RD might not have been the founder he did however perfect it.
Well we hope to see you in 2013 cheering on the Valley Maple Leafs at a Barn near you.
