Mariners 3 Valley 1

2012-12-09

The short staffed Valley crew put up a good effort not the result one would hope for but a good effort none the less.

I thought the crew put in a solid effort with Olafr "Smiddy" Schmidt doing a stellar job between the pipes to keep it close.  I think it was the least penalties the boys took all year.    The boys just need to keep up the effort after they score a goal,  it's been a couple of games lately that they get a big goal then the next shift the other team gets one right back.  Anyways the Leafs just have too many fart smellers ... er I mean smart fellers out studying/writing exams right now,  can't balme em for that..... the result of higher edumacation usually equals Dollars$$.   Hopefully most of the crew will be back the next time these two meet Friday the 14th at Acadia.
