Valley 4 Penquins 5

Unfortunately "close" only counts in; horseshoes, hand grenades and slow dancing.  The Penquins just plain wanted it more.  I only made it for the third period....hmmm I showed up late for the last loss as well....being a little supersticious I'll be on time for the next one and hopefully the boys show up to play.  Boys in my experience when you fight the "law" the "law usually wins.   You just can't win them from the penalty box, although the 5 on 3 shorthanded goal "Nuts" got to tie it up with just over 2 minutes to go was neat  Unfortnately that same 5 on 3 allowed the Pens to get the winner  a
few seconds latter.

Rip's nod goes Dale Evans and Randy Graham the boys handled the gate and the 50/50 sales as well as a little security last night.  Honourble mentions to Swainer and Nuts with a pair each (goals that is).  I also thought Shorty was working hard to get boys back in it and Culley kicked out quite a few in the third to keep er close.
