The Boys are getting revved up for the weekend

Hopefully the coaches put the boys through the paces last night at "Pracula"(really?) to get them ready for the weekend.  It will be a big points weekend with two teams ahead of us by a point although we have a couple of games in hand,  while there are two teams right behind us by a point with a game in hand on their side.  Soooo boys it's a good week to get in a bunch of: jumping jacks, biking, jogging or even a roll in the hay that according to Reader's Digest(must be true) can be as good a a 5km jog or more depending on how much rolling.
At the same time there are a few things not to do like: drinks, sauce, wobbly pops and maybe even that "vil" thing I see on shitter errr I mean twitter.  Ahh, I knda liked the ole "vil" too back in the day, I even got a plate and six srews to remind me of the place from an arm wrestling match that I didn't win (I think I would of had him if it never broke).  Anyways boys, it's a good week to "Giddy Up" so you can git er done on the weekend.

First up the crew are off to Hants County to hopefully ice a Penguin.
