Cumberland County Blues coming to Town Saturday night.

Young Brogan Dill on the Valley Maple Leafs float in the Parade last weekend. We'll let him get away with that Toronto jersey for now.
The boys are over the hump and ready to take on the Blues this Saturday night in Kentville.
The crew should be ready to go when the Blues come to town. Jeff Longaphy or "Slim" as some of the crew call him returns after his suspension, I kinda thing "Double" would have been a good handle for him since I can still picture him with a player in each hand after the hit on Swain in the Bay tournament. I guess we'll go with the masses and and say it's good to see ya back in the lineup"Slim". Rolland "Mumba" Provencal is also back with some of his former team mates. Rolland played with the Royals a couple years back and played the last year with the Bridgewater Lumber Jacks. It's good to have another Valley boy back on the team.
Another Valley boy Geoff Burke of Bridgetown will be on the ice Saturday night as well, although Geoff plays for the Blues. This will be the only regular season visit for the Cumberland County Blues. So surely with all the local Valley boys playing we'll have a good crowd at Centennial Arena.
Saturday night we'll also be drawing our Octoberfest 50/50 draw. So for you players out there, make sure your tickets are in and for anyone else buy some.

Another Valley boy Geoff Burke of Bridgetown will be on the ice Saturday night as well, although Geoff plays for the Blues. This will be the only regular season visit for the Cumberland County Blues. So surely with all the local Valley boys playing we'll have a good crowd at Centennial Arena.
