Valley 5 Scotian 7

Overall it was a good hockey game.  The crew had little trouble with the law that and a few bounces it colulda been a different result.  No 'Hard Hat again although Normore and Brownie were working on it each having a three point night, Normore with 2 goals and a helper and Brownie with a trick of helpers. Smiddy made a few highlight reel saves to keep it close.  Just gonna have to get them went they come to the Barn Wednesday night.

League report "           At the Trenton Arena, the hometown Pictou County Scotians outscored the visiting Valley Maple Leafs by a score of 7 – 5.
            Leading the scoring for the Scotians with two goals was Matthew Oldfield. Single goals went to Mitchell Warner, Bradley MacEachen, Riley Cameron, Craig Matheson and Brandon Verge.
            Mitchell Donlevy was solid between the posts, stopping 24 of 29 Maple Leafs shots on goal.
 
            Mitchell Norman collected two goals for the Maple Leafs, with Tyler Young, Craig Anderson and Seth Brison added single goals.
            Olafr Schmidt was credited with the loss, stopping 27 of 33 Scotians shots"
