Hump Day

a little roll in the hay.  Apparently a roll in the hay is good exercise, as good as a 5 kilometer jog up to 10 kilometers depending on how much hay gets flattened.  I read it in Readers Digest so it must be true.  Anyways I don't think the crew flattened to much hay at chores last night at the 'Barn' but they did have a good crew on to get ready for the big game Friday night at the Igloo in East Hants with first place on the line.  Yep both the Penguins and the Blazers are at 35 points, only one point behind the VML crew. So one in the 'w' column  will be big.
