Valley 4 Pirates 5 in OT

The VMl crew pick up a point in a heartbreaker loss in OT
Well I'm speechless and if you ask the wife that doesn't happen very often. Anyways the crew didn't seem quite up to snuff although they had a 4-3 lead with three minutes??? left in the game and got a five minute major for checking. The crew managed to hold on for the tie to pick up the point. The Pirates sealed the deal with 5 seconds left on the penalty in OT. On the bright side the crew already has one more point than last years CB trip.
The ole Ripper even had a little trouble with the Law on the way home. These new cars slide along the road a lot easier than the stuff from the 70's that I normally drive. I guess I'll have to learn how to use that new cruise control stuff.

Rip's 'nod' goes to Colin 'Old" MacKinley with a couple assists, a nice one from the point along the ice, and Honourable mention to 'Hayesee' who picked up a goal and assist against his old Royals coach Dave Marston.
